I had a fantastic fall getaway! The hotel offered a breathtaking view of Lake Minocqua, and the room was immaculate with a thoughtful layout. The staff truly went above and beyond, especially during maintenance work on the parking lot. The only downside was some temporary disruption due to the renovations, but it didn’t detract from our overall experience. We felt like we found a perfect home base for our outdoor adventures.

What an experience! This hotel is beautifully located on a hill with stunning views of the lakes. The rooms are spacious and come with amazing amenities. The staff is incredibly devoted to making your stay enjoyable. However, keep in mind that not all rooms offer a peaceful experience as I encountered some noise issues from the nearby highway. Also, the property could use some updates in certain areas.

I had a fantastic experience at The Pointe Hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the heart of Minocqua with great shops and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely walk-out patio, and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, the customer service could definitely use some improvement, as my check-in experience was frustrating and not up to par for a high-end place. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I look forward to coming back next year.
